Fantasy Impact: Covey has been out of action due to a shoulder injury he suffered in Week 3. Now that his 21-day practice window is open, he is eligible to return to the active roster. His role on the team is unclear considering Cooper DeJean has handled the punt return duties in Covey's absence.

Fantasy Impact: Goedert is off of the injury report and carries no injury designation for Thursday night's game. He has been managing an ankle injury for a little while now, but it's not serious and shouldn't affect his performance. He has a high ceiling and a low floor on a game-to-game basis.

Fantasy Impact: Brown suffered a knee injury in Week 9 and wasn't able to finish the game, but it doesn't seem to be a serious issue and he was able to log a limited practice session to start the week. He's trending towards playing in Week 10 and will be primed for a massive workload if Devonta Smith (hamstring) is unavailable to play for the Eagles.

Darius Slay Jr. (groin) was a limited participant at practice on Wednesday. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Slay was unable to play last week due to a groin injury, but he seems to be trending the right direction for Week 9. Philadelphia rookie WR/returner Ainias Smith is set to make his NFL debut in Week 8 as he returns from an ankle injury that kept him on the injured reserve. (Source: Dave Zangaro on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: The Texas A&M product is best known for his after-the-catch ability and could immediately translate as a designed-touch guy and return specialist. The Eagles have been looking for more receiver help aside from WRs A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, and the rookie Smith could potentially bring a new energy Philadelphia needs. His role and usage in a solid offense should be monitored in dynasty and deeper re-draft leagues.
