Kenneth Gainwell capitalized on a compromised backfield partner to deliver his best performance of the season during Monday night's victory over Miami, racking up 126 yards from scrimmage. With starter Jaylen Warren battling an illness, Gainwell took 13 carries for a game-high 80 yards and hauled in all seven of his targets for another 46 yards.
Fantasy Impact
The efficient outing marked just the third time this season Gainwell has reached double-digit carries, but his involvement in the passing game remains a constant. Averaging over four catches per contest, he offers a stable floor for PPR managers heading into a Week 16 matchup against the Lions.

Gainwell was the star of the day for the Steelers offense as a receiver as he led them in receptions, yards and caught a touchdown from both Aaron Rodgers and Mason Rudolph. He could be an RB2 if Jaylen Warren misses time after he left Sunday's game early.
