Vikings OT Christian Darrisaw (knee) is making strong progress recovering from surgery to repair a torn ACL and MCL in his left knee, performed in early November 2024. HC Kevin O’Connell gave a positive update this week, noting Darrisaw is “absolutely killing it” in rehab and expressing optimism about his spring and summer timeline. The standout left tackle missed significant time last season but remains a key piece protecting whoever lines up at quarterback for Minnesota in 2025, though the starter remains TBD.

Fantasy Impact: Darrisaw’s return is a indirect boost for fantasy owners eyeing Vikings passers or runners—think Sam Darnold, J.J. McCarthy, or Aaron Jones. His elite blind-side blocking steadies the offense, but the knee’s long-term outlook matters after such a heavy injury. If he’s back to full strength by camp, he lifts the floor for Minnesota’s skill guys; if not, expect some early-season turbulence. No fantasy points here directly, but his rehab updates could nudge Jones or the QB1 up your rankings.
