Ja'Lynn Polk
WR - New England Patriots
Availability
Ja'Lynn Polk caught his only target for a two-yard score in the Patriots' 19-3 win over the Bears on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact
The second-round rookie out of Washington hasn't given fantasy managers, redraft and dynasty, much to go on this year. Polk simply hasn't seen enough of a target share consistently. When he has been targeted, back in Weeks 4-5, he had a combined 13 targets turn into just four catches for 43 yards. While in dynasty it's too early to let go of him, in redraft if you have been stashing him, he's best to drop to waivers.
Ja'Lynn Polk failed to haul in his lone target in Sunday's 20-17 OT loss to the Tennessee Titans.
Fantasy Impact
The rookie was on the injury report heading into the week due to a concussion, but he was able to play on Sunday. He wasn't able to contribute at all, however, as he failed to record even a single catch over the course of the game. He has potential for the future, but there's very little chance that he becomes a strong fantasy contributor over the back half of the season.
Ja'Lynn Polk (concussion) was a full participant in practice on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact
The rookie is currently going through the NFL's concussion protocols, but he was able to return to practice in a limited fashion on Thursday. That's a step in the right direction for him, but it remains to be seen what his official status will be heading into the weekend.
Ja'Lynn Polk was a limited participant at practice on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
Polk remains in concussion protocol. He'll have a few more days to clear the protocols.
Patriots WR Ja'Lynn Polk will not play on Sunday vs. the Jets as he is dealing with a concussion.
Fantasy Impact
Polk was a DNP in practice all week and will miss the team's divisional matchup in Week 8.
