Adrian Martinez throws for 99 yards in preseason finale

Adrian Martinez completed 12 of his 20 passes for 99 yards while adding 23 yards on three carries in a 10-6 win over the Giants in preseason action on Saturday.
Fantasy Impact:
Martinez got the start for the Jets and played for the entire first half before taking a seat. He showed his dual-threat abilities in the contest as he hopes to secure a spot on the team's initial 53-man roster behind Aaron Rodgers and Tyrod Taylor. A spot on the practice squad is also a possibility for Martinez if he doesn't make the team.
