According to Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning News, Cowboys WR David Durden suffered a concussion while completing a diving catch Tuesday. He is expected to miss the team's preseason opener on Saturday. (Michael Gehlken on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Durden went undrafted in the 2023 NFL Draft after playing a pair of seasons at both Mercer and West Florida. He played a season of minor league baseball after high school as well. Durden tested as a 96th-percentile athlete at WR on his pro day, according to his RAS score. The Cowboys have a fairly deep room at WR, so health and preseason reps will be important for Durden to make the team's roster.
