Fantasy Impact:
The Cowboys have continued to view Cooper Rush as their starter this week, meaning that Prescott's return likely won't come against Philadelphia. Also, Dallas doesn't play until Sunday night, which further complicates the situation. Fantasy managers should leave Prescott on their bench this week.
