Lamb was upgraded to a limited participant at practice on Thursday after missing Wednesday's practice entirely. He's dealing with some ankle soreness, but he indicated that it is a minor issue and expects to play in Week 3. Fantasy managers should have no reservations starting him in what should be a high-scoring affair with the Ravens, assuming he's fully good to go.
