Justice Hill (personal) missed Baltimore's practice on Wednesday. (Source: Baltimore Ravens on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: The Ravens were without Hill at practice on Wednesday. He's dealing with a personal issue of some kind, and it's unclear whether or not it will affect his availability for Saturday's game. His absence would lead to more work for Rasheen Ali against the Steelers.

Rashod Bateman (foot) was added to the injury report as a limited participant on Wednesday. (Source: Baltimore Ravens on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Bateman is a new addition to Baltimore's injury report. He's dealing with a foot injury right now, which threatens to leave him sidelined in Week 16. Fantasy managers should keep close tabs on what his official injury designation ends up being following Thursday's practice.

Desmond Ridder (hip) was a full participant at practice on Wednesday. (Source: Kevin Bolinger on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Ridder is a a recent addition to Las Vegas' injury report, being listed with a hip injury of some kind. It's not a serious issue, however, as it didn't prevent him from logging a full practice on Wednesday. It looks like Aidan O'Connell (knee) will reclaim the starting job this week, which will push Ridder back to the bench.

Jakobi Meyers (ankle) was limited at Las Vegas' practice on Wednesday. (Source: Kevin Bolinger on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Meyers was left limited at practice due to an ankle injury. It's not thought to be a serious issue, and he should play through it on Sunday, barring any unforeseen setbacks. His fantasy value will increase if Aidan O'Connell (knee) starts for the Raiders instead of Desmond Ridder.

Fantasy Impact: O'Connell was sidelined in Week 15 due to a knee injury, but he was able to return to practice as a full participant on Wednesday. He should be good to go for Week 16 and will presumably reclaim the starting job from Desmond Ridder, which is good news for Las Vegas' offense as a whole.

Alexander Mattison (neck) fully practiced for the Raiders on Wednesday. (Source: Kevin Bolinger on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Mattison suffered a neck injury in Sunday's loss to the Falcons, but it's not a serious issue and he was able to log a full practice on Wednesday. Amon-Ra St. Brown (rest) was a non-participant at practice on Wednesday. (Source: Detroit Lions)

Fantasy Impact: To no surprise, the Lions let St. Brown have a rest day on Wednesday. He was heavily involved in Sunday's loss to the Bills, and with the postseason coming up shortly, they don't want to risk him suffering any unnecessary injuries. He should be good to go for Week 16, barring anything unforeseen.

Fantasy Impact: Moss was limited in practice to close out of the week, but needs more time to recover from an MCL injury he suffered in Week 12. The Broncos will be without one of their top corners against the Chargers, with Kris Abrams-Draine likely filling in for Moss on Thursday.

Brenton Strange (shoulder) was officially limited in Jacksonville's practice on Wednesday. (Source: Kevin Bolinger on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: A shoulder injury prevented Strange from logging a full practice on Wednesday. He was heavily involved in Week 15 in the absence of Evan Engram (shoulder), so the team would greatly benefit from him being healthy for their matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.

Luke McCaffrey (shoulder) was officially limited in Washington's practice on Wednesday. (Source: Washington Commanders on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: The rookie is dealing with a shoulder injury right now and was limited at Wednesday's practice as a result. He doesn't get much work even when healthy, so fantasy managers shouldn't put much weight into his status against Philadelphia.

Chargers TE Will Dissly (shoulder) has officially been ruled out for Week 16. (Source: Chargers on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Dissly will miss another game due to a shoulder injury. With Hayden Hurst (hip) listed as questionable, Stone Smartt would be the favorite to see the bulk of the snaps at tight end against Denver.
