Carson Smith picks up the save in win over Orioles

Carson Smith threw a clean 11th inning to earn his first save of the season Monday as the Red Sox defeated the Orioles.
Fantasy Impact:
Smith was in the right place at the right time to earn the save for the Red Sox. With the extra inning game depleting the bullpen the team looked to Smith for the save. Smith will not likely see another chance but is definitely a pitcher to look at in leagues that have the holds category.
