Zach Sawchenko has rough night in 5-3 loss

Sawchenko allowed two goals in period one and two more in period two, giving the Sharks a four goal deficit, before settling down in the third period when the Sharks made a comeback attempt to make it 4-3 with 1:25 left to play. The goaltender was pulled for the extra attacker and the Avalanche sent the Sharks out to sail by burying an empty-netter to seal the deal 5-3.
