Kenny Pickett will be the Raiders' starter this week, with Geno Smith dealing with a shoulder injury. Pickett's most substantial playing time came last week when he completed eight of 11 passes with 8.8 yards per attempt, 97 passing yards, and a touchdown. Pickett is a break glass in case of emergency Superflex option only at quarterback. The Eagles won't be a pushover on defense.
