The rookie out of Texas A&M had done next to nothing in his rookie year, buried on the depth chart of the Eagles talented roster. It was a nice showing in Week 18 but he's their WR4 at best and even then he's rotating in that position with Johnny Wilson. His limited upside puts him off the map in fantasy leagues, even in dynasty.
