Senior Bowl standout SS Miles Killebrew could boost draft stock at combine
by Paul Alan | Steelers Correspondent | Tue, Feb 16th 3:12pm EST
Southern Utah strong safety Miles Killebrew has drawn comparisons to Arizona Cardinals safety Deone Bucannon. At 6'1", 219 lbs, he plays with a vengeance and hammers his way through tackles. If you like big hits, you will greatly enjoy his highlight tapes. But if you watch the full games, you will see that he doesn't read plays quickly enough and needs to improve overall awareness. He could greatly help his draft stock with an eye-popping 40-yard dash and shuttle time. (NFL Network)
Fantasy Impact:
Killebrew is a traditional thumper safety who could arguably be used much like Deone Bucannon of the Arizona Cardinals. Projected to be taken in the first three rounds, he should make an immediate impact on special teams and push for a starting spot on defense.
