The Indianapolis Colts are signing RB Tyler Goodson to a one-year contract extension, keeping him around through the 2025 season. (colts.com)
Fantasy Impact:
For Goodson, the term "extension" feels a bit misleading, as he was set to be a free agent this offseason, making this effectively a one-year deal. Signed initially to Indy's practice squad, Goodson was set to be an exclusive-rights free agent in 2025 as his two-year deal expired. After career-best stats (214 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns on 132 offensive snaps), Goodson is sticking around for at least one more year as depth and a special teams option.
