David Montgomery (knee) suffers MCL injury in loss

David Montgomery (knee) ran for four yards on five carries and caught all four of his targets for 31 yards in the Lions' 48-42 loss to the Bills on Sunday. He also suffered an MCL injury that could sideline him for the rest of the season. (Adam Schefter on X)
Fantasy Impact:
It's a massive blow to Montgomery's fantasy managers in the hunt for championships. Jahmyr Gibbs will now lead the backfield for Detroit, and don't be surprised if Craig Reynolds gets more involved now.
