Fantasy Impact:
To no surprise, Pickens is not taking part in Pittsburgh's practice on Wednesday. He is still dealing with a hamstring injury that left him sidelined in Week 14, and the team has already stated that he's unlikely to play in Week 15. Calvin Austin III and Mike Williams will both be primed for more work on Sunday, assuming Pickens is unavailable to play.
