Fantasy Impact:
Williams is not participating in Wednesday's practice. The team is giving him a veteran rest day, so the expectation is that he should be back at practice in a full capacity on Thursday. He may be in line for more work this week with George Pickens (hamstring) unlikely to play against the Eagles.
