Fantasy Impact:
The 49ers will leave McCaffrey limited to start the week on Wednesday. He was able to make his return from a serious Achilles injury in Week 10, but the team wants to manage his workload to prevent him from aggravating it. He should be good to go for Week 11 and remains an elite fantasy option in all league formats if he's active.
