Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott is weighing options regarding his hamstring injury, including a potentially season-ending surgery. He is expected to be recovered in time for 2025. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Prescott injured his hamstring in Week 9 and was succeeded by veteran backup Cooper Rush to finish the loss against the Atlanta Falcons. However, after the Cowboys debated a potential injured reserve stint, it seems his 2024 season may be over. However, he was not placed on injured reserve ahead of Week 10, so the Cowboys can not sign another QB yet. While they weigh options, Rush will start with Trey Lance serving as the backup, and Prescott may go on IR ahead of Week 11.
