The 49ers have ruled out WR Brandon Aiyuk for the remainder of the game with the Chiefs due to a knee injury. (49ers on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Aiyuk was carted off the field with what appeared to be a significant knee injury. He will likely undergo further testing to determine the extent of the injury. He caught 2-of-6 targets for 23 yards prior to the injury.
