Fantasy Impact:
Brown has been out for a couple of weeks because of a hamstring injury, and it looks like he wasn't at practice on Wednesday as well. It remains to be determined if he will play in Week 4 or not, but it's worth noting that Philadelphia has their bye week in Week 5, which means that they may be more inclined to let him sit out and give him significant time to recover. Fantasy managers should keep close tabs on his official practice participation this week.
