Fantasy Impact:
Smith seems to be unlikely to play in Week 4. He is currently in the NFL's concussion protocols after taking a hard hit to the head last week, and he hasn't been at practice at all so far this week. It looks like he will miss Sunday's game, and with A.J. Brown (hamstring) also unlikely to play, Dallas Goedert and Jahan Dotson will both be primed to get more work on Philadelphia's offense.
