Fantasy Impact:
Smith missed another practice on Friday while in the NFL's concussion protocols. He is reportedly unlikely to play in Week 4, and there's a good shot that he gets ruled out on the team's official injury report after practice. Fantasy managers of the young receiver should be preparing for him to be inactive against the Buccaneers.
