Fantasy Impact:
Strong has been managing a hamstring injury for a while now, so it should come as no surprise that he might not practice on Wednesday. Jerome Ford (knee) is also expected to miss practice, so the Browns could be down multiple RBs for Week 4 if they don't return to practice at some point this week.
