Fantasy Impact:
Conklin missed Cleveland's game in Week 3 because of a hamstring injury, and the same issue left him sidelined for their first practice of the week on Wednesday. It remains to be seen if he will return to practice over the next couple of days, but if he doesn't, he likely won't play in a tough matchup against the Raiders' defensive front in Week 4.
