Wills has been sidelined at both of Cleveland's practices to start the week. He's still dealing with the lingering effects of a knee injury, and it's uncertain if he's going to play in Week 4. Cleveland's offensive line could be weaker than usual if he and Jack Conklin (hamstring) are both out against the Raiders.
