Fantasy Impact:
Garrett is dealing with several different injuries and wasn't able to practice on Wednesday as a result. It doesn't seem like any of them are severe, however, and the expectation seems to be that he will play in Week 4. He is a key part of this Cleveland defense, so they'll need him to be at full health for their Week 4 matchup against the Raiders.
