The Chargers and Ladd McConkey reached a four-year deal with the most guaranteed money in NFL history for a 34th pick. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

The deal beat the QB premium for the same pick in ‘23, carrying the most guarantees over a pick below in the round. McConkey figures to have a chance to compete for a huge target share in his rookie season in a wide open wide receiver room.
