Fantasy Impact:
Walker is still recovering from a hernia operation he had during the preseason. It seems Walker is trending in the direction of missing Week 1 or at least being limited. Rashaad Penny figures to see the bulk of the carries, which should give Penny a chance to outplay his current RB24 ECR spot.
