Brian Robinson could be released from the hospital Monday

Brian Robinson is said to be “in a really good place” per head coach Ron Rivera. He could be released from the hospital Monday and the team has not ruled Robinson out from playing at some point in 2022. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Although football is the least important aspect of this situation, Robinson was seemingly set to open the season as the starter. While this unfortunate situation moves Antonio Gibson’s stock up a bit, it also should not drive Robinson’s down to much. If he does end up suiting up for the Commanders this season, he could work himself back into the starting RB role.
