Fozzy Whittaker has signed a two-year deal to return the Panthers. Whittaker will likely see time behind Jonathan Stewart and Cameron Artis-Payne if the Panthers don't add a back in the draft. His spot isn't safe depending the draft moves. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Whittaker was more of a special teams and third-down back for the Panthers last season and could be pushed further back if they draft or add another back. No long-term fantasy value here.
