Breaking News

Christian McCaffrey has left the 49ers game against Buffalo with a non-contact injury and has headed to the locker room. The severity is unknown but the Niners staff has called it a knee injury. (Source: Adam Schefter on X)

Fantasy Impact: McCaffrey went down without having been touched by anyone. He limped off to the sideline and has since gone to the locker room. Jordan Mason has come in at running back for the Niners.

DeVonta Smith (hamstring) is officially inactive for Week 13 for the Philadelphia Eagles against the Baltimore Ravens. (Source: Mike Garafolo on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Smith will sit out despite participating in pregame warmups, as the organization will take a cautious approach with the talented wideout. AJ Brown should see all of the targets he can handle against a weak Baltimore secondary.

Trevor Lawrence has been ruled out with a head injury after sustaining a hit. Mac Jones is in.

Fantasy Impact: Lawrence just returned from an injury off of the bye and was looking to shake the rust off. The cart was brought out for the Jaguars franchise QB, and fantasy managers will need to monitor his status in the days to come. More than likely he is out at least a week with how things looked on the field. Mac Jones will be the top option to lead the Jags offense while Lawrence is out.

Romeo Doubs (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 13 for the Green Bay Packers against the Miami Dolphins. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Doubs was unable to clear concussion protocols or practice in any capacity ahead of Green Bay’s matchup against the Dolphins Thanksgiving night. Wideouts Christian Watson, Dontayvion Wicks, and Jayden Reed should see an uptick in targets against Miami Thursday night.

Daniel Jones is planning to sign with the Vikings' practice squad. (Source: Ian Rapoport)

Fantasy Impact: The much-maligned former Giants QB cleared waivers earlier this week and now has a chance to back up Sam Darnold. Given the other backup is currently Nick Mullens, the landing spot makes sense. Jones had stated a desire to join a potential playoff team, and Minnesota currently sits at 9-2 and is second in the NFC North. In 10 games with New York this season, Jones had an 8:7 TD-to-INT ratio with two rushing touchdowns. There is room for some optimism that HC Kevin O'Connell can transform Jones into a competent backup QB, given what he has managed with Darnold, but fantasy managers can continue to ignore Jones, even if and when he is elevated from the practice squad.

Fantasy Impact: LaPorta will take the field after being sidelined for Week 11, giving quarterback Jared Goff a plethora of options for the high-octane Detroit offense against the Colts Sunday.

Raheem Mostert (hip) is active for Week 12 for the Miami Dolphins against the New England Patriots. (Source: Miami Dolphins on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Mostert will suit up after logging multiple practice sessions this week, sharing the backfield load with De’Von Achane against the Patriots Sunday.

Amari Cooper (wrist) is officially active for Week 11 for the Buffalo Bills against the Kansas City Chiefs. (Source: Mike Garafolo on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Cooper will suit up after entering the weekend carrying a questionable designation, giving quarterback Josh Allen a key weapon in the Buffalo passing attack against the Chiefs Sunday.

George Kittle (hamstring) is officially inactive for Week 11 for the San Francisco 49ers against the Seattle Seahawks. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Kittle will not suit up due to the hamstring injury against the Seahawks, with Eric Saubert, Jake Tonges, and Brayden Willis to split time at tight end for head coach Kyle Shanahan Sunday.

Davante Adams (illness/wrist) is officially active for Week 11 for the New York Jets against the Indianapolis Colts. (Source: Adam Caplan on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Adams will suit up after passing through pregame warmups without any setbacks, giving quarterback Aaron Rodgers a trusted option in the Jets passing attack against the Colts Sunday.

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott will undergo season-ending surgery on his injured hamstring Wednesday. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Prescott is dealing with a partial avulsion of his hamstring, according to Jerry Jones. Prescott will be placed on injured reserve and he will turn his focus to rehabbing for the 2025 season. The Cowboys are expected to continue to start Cooper Rush at QB, which will be a downgrade for the Cowboys’ pass catchers for the remainder of the season.

Tyreek Hill is officially active for Monday night's game against Los Angeles. (Source: Adam Schefter on X.com)

Fantasy Impact: Hill is set to lace them up on Monday night despite not practicing Friday or Saturday. The 30-year-old is having a down year by his standards, thanks in part to quarterback injuries. However, his 446 receiving yards still lead the Dolphins and he is averaging 13.1 yards per reception. Fantasy managers should feel confident firing up Hill in their lineups, despite the wrist, as the return of Tua Tagovailoa has returned his weekly fantasy potential to elite status.

CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) is questionable to return in Week 9 for the Dallas Cowboys against the Atlanta Falcons according to Jane Slater. (Source: Jane Slater on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Lamb suffered the apparent injury late in the fourth quarter and the Cowboys trailing 27-13. The wideout hauled in eight of 12 targets for 47 yards while also rushing twice for 15 yards prior to the injury.

Puka Nacua (knee) is officially active for Week 9 for the Los Angeles Rams against the Seattle Seahawks. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Nacua will suit up after passing through pregame warmups without any setbacks, giving quarterback Matthew Stafford his two primary pass-catching options along with fellow wideout Cooper Kupp against the Seahawks Sunday.

Jordan Love (groin) is officially active for Week 9 for the Green Bay Packers against the Detroit Lions. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Love will return to start behind center after exiting Week 8 due to suffering the groin injury. The talented signal-caller will look to stay upright in hopes of taking advantage of an overly aggressive Detroit secondary Sunday.

Josh Jacobs (ankle) is officially active for Week 9 for the Green Bay Packers against the Detroit Lions. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Jacobs was able to progress through pregame activities without any setbacks despite not practicing to end the week, joining quarterback Jordan Love (groin) in the starting lineup to boost the Green Bay offense against the Lions Sunday.

Brian Robinson Jr. (hamstring) is officially inactive for Week 9 for the Washington Commanders against the New York Giants. (Source: Mike Garofolo on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Robinson Jr. was unable to clear through pregame activities and will not suit up for head coach Dan Quinn. Austin Ekeler will lead the Washington backfield with Jeremy McNichols mixing in against the Giants as well.

The Seahawks have officially ruled out WR DK Metcalf for Sunday's game against Rams. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Metcalf is dealing with an MCL sprain and has yet to practice this week. Fantasy managers should expect Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Tyler Lockett, and Jake Bobo to see increased snaps against the Rams.
