Kansas City Chiefs RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire, who was placed on the non-football illness (NFI) list, is set to return t practice after missing the first four games of the season. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Edwards-Helaire had been working through PTSD, getting some time away from football to focus on himself and his health. Now that he is eligible to return to action from the NFI, he is anticipated to return to practice ahead of Week 5. It remains to be seen whether or not he is fit, mentally or physically, for real-game action, but if he is ready to play again, he will be competing with a trio of RBs for reps (Samaje Perine, Kareem Hunt and Carson Steele) with Isiah Pacheco out.

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp has been ruled out by head coach Sean McVay ahead of their Week 5 matchup with the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. (Source: Jourdan Rodrigue on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: With the Rams set to have Week 6 off with a bye, there is further incentive to hold Kupp out, as he will have two weeks to rest, the expectation as was reported by ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Kupp as not yet returned to practice, so until that happens, there should be little reason to expect him to return to real-game action. In the meantime, the Rams are running a three-man WR rotation of Tutu Atwell, Demarcus Robinson and rookie Jordan Whittington, with Puka Nacua still likely a month away, per Fowler.

Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis, who played just a pair of drives in a 31-12 win, is expected to receive an MRI on a feared AC joint injury. He is "100%" considered the starter going forward, says head coach Brian Callahan. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Levis had completed three of his four pass attempts for 25 yards, with his sole incompletion resulting an interception, while adding two rushes for five yards. He left the game early and was replaced by QB Mason Rudolph, who had 85 yards in a 9-for-17 winning effort. Tennessee fortunately has a bye week in Week 5, a positive sign for his availability for Week 6. His situation should be monitored, though he likely was not a starter outside of two-QB fantasy leagues.

Treylon Burks caught one pass for 13 yards on Monday night's victory against the Dolphins.

Fantasy Impact: Burks has had little involvement in the Titans' offense, totaling three receptions for 24 yards through Week 4. Barring any injuries or a trade, Burks will remain fantasy-irrelevant moving forward.

Calvin Ridley caught one pass for five yards and had one rush for 10 yards in Monday's victory over the Dolphins.

Fantasy Impact: After totaling 137 yards and a touchdown in Weeks 1 and 2, Ridley's touches in the offense have decreased dramatically, accruing only 24 yards of total offense within the last two weeks. After Week 5's bye, Ridley will be an unreliable wide receiver option that offers little to no floor and only a moderate ceiling due to the offense's struggles, making him an uninspiring start unless he gets more opportunities moving forward.

Tyler Boyd caught two passes for 31 yards on Monday's victory against the Dolphins.

Fantasy Impact: Along with fellow wideout DeAndre Hopkins, Boyd led his team in receiving yards in a game with only 110 passing yards. Boyd won't be fantasy-relevant in a struggling Tennessee offense unless quarterback Will Levis takes a big step forward.

DeAndre Hopkins caught two passes for 31 yards in Monday's victory against the Dolphins.

Fantasy Impact: The Titans opened up the scoring in the second quarter with a field goal and never trailed. In a game with only 12 completions and 110 passing yards, Hopkins was the co-leader in receiving yards, along with teammate Tyler Boyd. If Will Levis returns as the quarterback after Week 5's bye, the Titans pass-catchers, including Hopkins, won't be reliable fantasy assets due to Levis' well-documented struggles so far this season.

Jahmyr Gibbs rushed the ball 14 times for 78 yards and two touchdowns in Monday night's 42-29 win over the Seattle Seahawks.

Fantasy Impact: Monday was a peculiar game for Gibbs. He saw no targets on the day and got a lot of work in short-yardage situations for the Lions, both of which are out of the ordinary for his usual role on this offense. Either way, this was a strong showing for the stud RB and he should continue to produce well for the foreseeable future.

David Montgomery rushed the ball 12 times for 40 yards and a touchdown and caught one pass for 40 yards in Monday's 42-19 win over the Seattle Seahawks.

Fantasy Impact: The veteran running back played pretty well on Monday. He was relatively inefficient on the ground at a 3.3 yard per carry clip, but he was able to log a 40-yard reception and get in the end zone once, which led to him having a pretty good night for fantasy purposes. It's a bit concerning to see Jahmyr Gibbs get so much work around the goal line, however, as that's an area where Montgomery usually makes his hay.

Jared Goff completed 18-of-18 passing attempts for 292 yards and two touchdowns and caught a seven-yard touchdown in Monday night's 42-29 win over the Seattle Seahawks.

Fantasy Impact: Goff played an incredible game on Monday night. He completed all 18 of his passing attempts over the course of the night and had a nearly perfect passer rating in a win over the Seahawks, and he was also able to score a receiving touchdown on a trick play. Detroit's passing game has been off to a bit of a slow start this year, but if this is a sign of things to come, they should be one of the most dominant offenses in the league moving forward.

Mason Rudolph has taken over at QB for the Titans against Miami. Will Levis is being evaluated for a shoulder injury. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Levis was taken to the blue medical tent to be evaluated for an injury to his throwing shoulder. Rudolph would be in line to play the remainder of the game if Levis is not cleared to return. The veteran completed all three of his passes leading to a field goal on his first drive.

Due to an unexpected knee injury in pregame warmups, Dolphins RB Jeff Wilson Jr. is questionable for the team's matchup vs. the Titans. (Source: Ari Meirov on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Unfortunate luck here for Wilson and the Dolphins' offense. Expect to see a heavy dose of Devon Achane mixed with some Jaylen Wright if Wilson is to sit this one out.

Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) is "symptom-free" according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, and could see a return to play as soon as Week 8. (Source: Adam Beasley on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: This is great news regarding Tagovailoa and the Dolphins' offense, as the 26-year-old QB could see the field again by midseason. Expect the team to be cautious with him however, as he did suffer the third concussion of his professional career just two weeks ago, and will remain on IR for at least two more games.

Seahawks LB Jerome Baker will sit out for the team's Monday night matchup in Detroit as he deals with a hamstring injury. He was a limited participant at practice Saturday and was questionable heading into Monday. (Source: Seahawks PR on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: The Seahawks will be without LBs Uchenna Nwosu, Boye Mafe and now Jerome Baker Monday night. Expect to see a lot of runs up the middle tonight between Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery from the Lions if they hope to take advantage of the Seahawks weakened LB unit.

Lions DB Brian Branch (concussion) will miss Monday night's matchup against the Seahawks. A bit of a surprise here as he was taken off the injury report on Friday. (Source: Detroit Lions on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Branch was a full participant in both Friday and Saturday's practices, but it seems as if the team is playing it safe here by resting him in this one. A significant loss here for Detroit.

Dolphins CB Kendall Fuller will miss Monday Night Football against the Titans as he deals with a concussion. He was a DNP at practice all of this week. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: As Fuller sits this one out, expect to see CBs Siran Neal and Ethan Bonner record snaps in his absence.

Titans DL Jeffery Simmons (elbow) is officially ruled out for the teams' Monday night matchup against the Dolphins. He was a DNP at practice all of this week and was listed as doubtful heading into this game. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Expect DL Keondre Coburn to see increased snaps in Simmons's absence.

Dolphins QB Skylar Thompson should not see the field at all in the team's Monday night matchup against the Titans. He is listed on the inactives list as the Dolphins' emergency QB3. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: As Thompson continues to recover from the injury he sustained last week against the Seahawks, QB Tyler Huntley will start in his place in this one.

Category: Injury Updates

Raheem Mostert will miss his third straight game Monday night due to a chest injury. He was a limited participant in practice this week and questionable headed into this game. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: As Mostert sits out for the Dolphins' Monday night matchup against the Titans, RBs Devon Achane, Jeff Wilson Jr. and Jaylen Wright will handle the bulk of the carries.

Browns coach Kevin Stefanski said he expects Nick Chubb to practice on Wednesday. (Source: Mary Kay Cabot on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Chubb is expected to have his practice window opened up. He'll have 21 days to be officially activated.
