Keldon Johnson scored 17 points (7-16 FG, 1-5 3PT, 2-2 FT) to go along with 10 rebounds and two steals in the Spurs 124-116 loss against the Cavaliers.

Fantasy Impact: Johnson logged his third double-double of the season despite coming off the bench. He'll look to close the year strong with the opportunity he is seeing.

Stephon Castle scored 22 points (9-23 FG, 2-5 3PT, 2-6 FT) to go along with 11 rebounds, eight assists and one steal in the Spurs 124-116 loss against the Cavaliers.

Fantasy Impact: Castle struggled as a shooter, but he made up for it in other areas. He finished just two assists shy of a triple-double. He'll look to continue to finish the season strong now in the starting lineup.

Devin Vassell scored 22 points (7-15 FG, 4-10 3PT, 4-4 FT) to go along with three rebounds, four assists and one steal in the Spurs 124-116 loss against the Cavaliers.

Fantasy Impact: Vassell extended his streak of scoring at least 20 points to four games. He will look to finish the season strong despite it now being a lost season as a team for San Antonio with the injuries.

Charles Bassey (knee) is still out for Thursday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers. (Source: NBA Injury Report)

Fantasy Impact: To no surprise, Bassey will miss another game on Thursday. It doesn't look like he is going to return from this knee issue anytime soon, and his absence will continue to have a minimal impact for fantasy purposes.

Sandro Mamukelashvili scored 11 points (4-7 FG, 3-4 3PT,0-2 FT) and grabbed two rebounds in Tuesday's 122-96 loss to the Detroit Pistons.

Fantasy Impact: The big man provided a slight spark off of the bench on Tuesday with 11 efficient points, but it didn't do the Spurs much good in this matchup and they still suffered a blowout loss at the hands of the Pistons. He isn't a valuable fantasy asset in most league formats right now.

Harrison Barnes scored nine points (1-9 FG, 1-7 3PT, 6-6 FT) and grabbed four rebounds in Tuesday's 122-96 blowout loss to the Detroit Pistons.

Fantasy Impact: The big man had a bad game on Tuesday. He made just one of his nine shots from the field and was not able to do anything in other areas of the game to make up for that. He shouldn't be started in most league formats for the foreseeable future.

Julian Champagnie scored 20 points (6-9 FG, 4-6 3PT, 4-5 FT) to go along with five rebounds, two assists, three steals and one block in the Spurs 123-89 win over the Raptors.

Fantasy Impact: Champagnie was able to get back on track after struggling in his previous few games. He remains off the fantasy radar in his current reserve role.

Jeremy Sochan led the Spurs offense Friday night, scoring 23 points (11-17 FG, 1-2 FT) while also dishing out two assists and grabbing nine rebounds in a 128-120 win over the 76ers.

Fantasy Impact: Sochan continues a steady stretch on both ends of the floor, grabbing three or more rebounds and scoring 10 or more points in each of his last five games. The forward remains one of many options as part of a revamped San Antonio lineup, averaging 11.7 points and 6.7 rebounds per game to go along with an 18.2% usage rate so far this season.

Chris Paul scored 12 points (5-8 FG, 2-4 3P) with six rebounds, 9 assists, and a block in the Spurs' 120-105 win over the Knicks on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact: Paul crossed the double-digit mark for only the second time this March. He's been a bit underwhelming recently and not start-worthy. He's still fine to keep on your bench, but at this stage of the season, he's only a desperation start. If there's one positive, it's that his assist numbers are still top-notch.

De’Aaron Fox (finger) will undergo season-ending surgery on Tuesday to address tendon damage in his left pinkie finger. (Source: Shams Charania via X)

Fantasy Impact: It’s a tough blow to the Spurs, who are now without franchise cornerstone Victor Wembanyama and their second star in Fox. It certainly wasn’t how the Spurs wanted their season to go, with high aspirations for the Wemby-Fox pairing after the trade with Sacramento. He will look to come back healthy for the 2025-26 season. Expect guys like Jeremy Sochan, Devin Vassell, and Stephon Castle to shoulder more of the load on offense while Chris Paul captains the floor.

Bismack Biyombo scored 13 points (6-10 FG, 1-2 FT) to go along with 14 rebounds, three assists, one steal and two blocks in the Spurs 127-113 win over the Nets.

Fantasy Impact: Biyombo was able to get back on track with another double-double in Tuesday's win. He remains a worthy streamer in deeper leagues the rest of the season with Victor Wembanyama sidelined.

ESPN's Brian Windhorst reported that with Victor Wembanyama having a blood clot, it basically shuts you down for six months. (Source: Brian Windhorst)

Fantasy Impact: Windhorst mentioned that this has been an issue for NBA players in the past, most recently Ausar Thompson last season. Wembanyama's blood clot was in his right shoulder. Brandon Ingram also dealt with a blood clot in the past. This will be a situation to monitor all offseason for Wembanyama as he looks to make a full recovery.

Sidy Cissoko is listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Bucks. (Source: NBA Injury Report)

Fantasy Impact: Cissoko remains in the concussion protocol. He is off the fantasy radar when he is healthy.

Tre Jones scored 11 points (5-6 FG, 1-1 3PT) and dished out eight assists in Thursday's 140-110 win over the Indiana Pacers.

Fantasy Impact: Jones saw just 18 minutes of action off of the bench on Thursday, but he made the most out of them. He scored 11 points on just one missed shot, and he was also able to lead the team in assists with eight. He doesn't see enough work to be a consistent fantasy option, but he has good upside on a game-to-game basis.

Zach Collins (back) is officially questionable for Thursday's game against the Atlanta Hawks. (Source: Paul Garcia on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Collins has missed the last two games due to a back injury, but his questionable tag means that he will have a chance to make his return against the Hawks. Fantasy managers should expect Keldon Johnson (calf) to see more work if Collins is still out on Thursday.
