ESPN's Brian Windhorst reported that with Victor Wembanyama having a blood clot, it basically shuts you down for six months. (Brian Windhorst)

Windhorst mentioned that this has been an issue for NBA players in the past, most recently Ausar Thompson last season. Wembanyama's blood clot was in his right shoulder. Brandon Ingram also dealt with a blood clot in the past. This will be a situation to monitor all offseason for Wembanyama as he looks to make a full recovery.
