Brandon Nimmo said that he’s still dealing with plantar fasciitis in his left foot.

“The biggest thing is to be ready for Opening Day," Nimmo said. "To that point, we are just going to try and go as fast as the foot will let us." It appears that his status for Opening Day is up in the air a bit. It is possible the Mets have him start at DH more to avoid playing in the outfield.
