Julio Urías has been banned by MLB through the All-Star break for a second domestic violence policy violation from September 2023, per league updates, following a 2019 suspension. (Alden Gonzalez)

Urías, idle since 2023, faces a second MLB domestic violence suspension—20 games in 2019, now through mid-2025—making him the first twice-banned player. The 29-year-old can sign post-suspension.
