Shane Baz Solid Through 5.1 Innings

Baz allowed two earned runs on six hits and a walk while striking out five in the 3-2 loss to the Astros.
Fantasy Impact:
In just his fifth game back in the rotation, Baz has been providing solid numbers. He's completed the fifth inning in three of his five starts as he shakes off some rust. He has yet to allow more than three runs in any start although he has had trouble giving up hard contact. His FIP of 3.49 and K/9 of 8.6 offer some hope if he can go deeper into games. He'll look to get in the win column next time out against the Cardinals.
