The Rays have placed Jeffrey Springs on the 15-day IL with left elbow fatigue. (Rays PR on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Springs will be replaced by Tyler Alexander on the active roster. He will likely undergo testing and may not return before the end of the season depending on how quickly he can return to mound work.
