The Rays have recalled Tyler Alexander from Triple-A Durham. (Rays PR on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Alexander will return to the majors to take the roster spot of the injured Jeffery Springs. He has a 5.66 ERA and a 1.25 WHIP over 19 games and could work as a starter to fill in for the injured Springs.
