Castillo impressed with three scoreless innings while allowing just one hit with one strikeout against the Tigers on Wednesday but his second big-league tour of the season will last just one outing. The 24-year-old has worked to a 4.24 in five long-relief appearances with the Royals this season while posting a 4.74 ERA/6.28 FIP in 12 Triple-A appearances, 11 of which were starts.
