The Phillies have informed Austin Hays that he will be non-tendered. (Jon Heyman on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Hays was traded from the Orioles to Phillies during the season, but dealt with a few injuries during his brief time in Philadelphia. The 29-year-old will now be a free agent and should draw interest in teams in need of an outfielder.
