Garrett Stubbs inks deal with Phillies

The Phillies and Garrett Stubbs have agreed to a one-year deal to avoid arbitration. (Phillies on Twitter)

Stubbs will return to the team and serve as the backup catcher. He posted a .207 average, with one home run, and 11 RBI in 56 games last season.
