Do you enjoy helping people with answers to their questions? Love playing fantasy football? FantasyPros is looking for experienced customer support specialists that are as passionate about providing help as they are about winning their fantasy football leagues. Ideal candidates have a background in providing customer service, are self-driven, and possess strong written communication skills.

This role covers the 2024 fantasy football draft period and the beginning of the fantasy football season. Familiarity with different fantasy football league types (snake drafts, salary cap drafts, standard/PPR scoring, dynasty, etc.) along with FantasyPros tools (Draft Wizard, My Playbook, etc.) is highly desired. We also prefer candidates that have prior experience with online customer support platforms such as Zendesk.

Your job will be to provide timely and accurate solutions to our users requesting help through a thorough understanding of our site and products.

This is a contract position (1099) with variable hours (20-40 hours per week). Hours will be determined based on FantasyPros’ needs and your scheduling/availability and will be discussed during the hiring process. Pay is $17/hour. There is no guarantee of hours — we will do our best to accommodate agents’ schedules, but the hours are variable and can change based on need and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer support platform (Zendesk) for new inquiries
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions
  • Work with the FantasyPros team to solve user issues
  • Report site issues and outages to the appropriate team

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience (online support experience preferred)
  • Available to work mornings, afternoons, nights, and/or weekends
  • Familiarity with fantasy football: snake and salary cap leagues, unique league formats, etc.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, even during stressful situations
  • Self-starter that can thrive in a remote office environment
  • Computer equipment and fast/reliable Internet access

Should Have:

  • Familiarity with Fantasypros.com
  • Familiarity with Draft Wizard Premium
  • Familiarity with My Playbook Premium

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with ZenDesk
  • Familiarity with BettingPros and/or Sports Betting
