Jadeveon Clowney meets with Jaguars, leaves sans offer

According to James Palmer of NFL Network, free agent edge rusher Jadeveon Clowney had a “good visit” with the Jacksonville Jaguars but left without a contract offer. (James Palmer on Twitter)

Clowney continues his free agency tour with a stop in Jacksonville. Before the Jaguars, he had met with the Ravens who had actually extended him a contract offer. Clowney has been a solid pass rusher and a good run defender in his career and is still just 30 years old after nine seasons in the NFL. Clowney can take time to choose his best option or continue to look for other suitors.
