The St. Louis Blues have signed veteran center Scott Gomez to a two-way deal valued at $575,000.

The Blues will be Gomez's sixth team. He spent 14-15 with the New Jersey Devils and tallied seven goals and 27 helpers in 58 games. The Blues are carrying 14 forward as they start their season in St. Louis on Thursday, but decided to carry extra forwards for the six game road trip that follows.
