He's only played in seven games this season, but he's allowed 15 goals in his last four contests. Neuvirth is definitely better than this, but even as a backup, he needs to find his game before he can be trusted in both real life and fantasy. Carter Hart should see a majority of the work until the Flyers or Neuvirth find a solution.

This shouldn't be too surprising at this point. Neuvirth has struggled mightily this season, and even though he has had a couple solid performances, he's far too inconsistent. He should be avoided in all leagues right now.

Neuvirth remains difficult to trust and is should only be started if desperate.

Neuvirth gave up five goals through the first two periods of play, but the Flyers elected to keep him in net. Philadelphia stormed back to tie the game at five, but Alex Killorn beat Neuvirth 18 seconds into overtime. It's the second time in just four game this season in which the goaltender has let in six goals in one game. Neuvirth hasn't looked comfortable and is a risky start in all fantasy leagues.

Not only did Neuvirth make 32 saves, but he also stopped all four shootout attempts. It was his first win of the season and easily his best performance of the three games in which he has played. He's more of a matchup-based streaming option at this point.
