Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen was solid between the pipes for the Sabres Wednesday night, stopping 25 of 27 shots faced in a 3-2 loss to the Rangers.

Luukkonen has struggled to keep the puck out of the net of late, allowing three or more goals in four of his last five starts (0-3-2) for the Sabres.
