Dawson Mercer was able to find the back of the net for the Devils Monday night, scoring one goal in a 5-1 win over the Rangers.

Mercer continues a steady stretch in the offensive zone of late, registering points in five of the last 10 games (two goals, three assists) for the Devils. The center remains one of a multitude of options as part of a deep New Jersey forward group, posting 14 points (six goals, eight assists) in 28 games so far this season.
